Which Sandwich to get

Hello,

I want to modify my cheap Wal-Mart Coleman 3AAA light by replacing the 1W LED with a 3W LED (forward voltage 3.8v @ 700mA) I have laying around. Which board would work the best for my needs?

If the LED Vf is a typical white LED with Vf of ~3V-3.5V you will need a stepdown (SOB) or a buck boost like the GD converter board.
