Due to the small size, these batteries are limited in current, but they are much better than alkaline.
Like other lithium cells the voltage is 1.8 to 1.9 volt when unloaded.











Up to 1A the batteries works very well.

Compared to alkaline this battery is very impressive, at least at higher current (Below a few mA load alkaline will probably match it). The long storage time and good performance in cold weather is also a advantage of lithium.

Cold weather performance is considerable worse than perforance at 25°C, but it can deliver some power down to -40°C.

This has helped me in many ways. It helped me order the correct Batts for my Black Diamond Storm headlamp; choose the correct Tenergy 1000 AAA rechaegable batteries for it; learn the difference between all the newest battery technology - I thought the only difference that matters was between alkaline and lithium regular Batts only to find that the money saver is in rechargeables ultimately in the 1000mah range, something I had no clue of; prompted me to cancel an Amazon order of a 12 pack of Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries at $22 bucks, the 12 Tenergys were only 13.28 cause I found them under bulk. 83¢ each at Battery Junction Wow!
I learned I have a good charger in the Xtar VC2 and just last night bought the VC4 and the Xtar 5V, 2.1 amp wall wart thinking that the match was the best. That was verified here that a Bobo wouldn't do the job.

Thanks to you guyz and a fellow on Amazon who know Batts and their sources I have got a good starting point for further learning. I'm going to study all this information in detail to learn more. I could goon but just now want to say a hearty
