Seems to be a little popular topic on here, lots in common with cells,IMR to chargers,be it mods, cells etc.............in short what ever makes your vape:)

Constructive criticism welcome:)
Disclaimer-this is not to promote or encourage use, just an alternative method, shares a lot to do with batteries and chargers, use of v/w/ohms. So no need to mention fluid or nicotine strengths( i presume). If ok or not ,please let me know mods:)
Well i stopped 20 months back, work ban so ended up with a tornado set, iirc about 600mah but fluid for vaping. I had tried the ecig but for me useless.

With luck the UK government may see sense and ban them completely until the health risks are investigated. Many of these so called Vape stores appear to be tun by dodgy looking characters and the radio adverts are glamorising the use of Vape sticks or what ever you call them.

regulation is a good thing,i have done my homework, research and do know sufficiently enough to say it is better for you,but i dont want to get into all this, not what thread is for, about what cells, mods, tanks being used and any tips and advice is welcomed. No point in tit for tat ,plenty of none biased fact on the net, documented and by professionals who have done studies and proved they are a better option.

Have a google if interested,if not then all good;) dont believe all the crap on the news, all about loosing billions in tax...........lets get to the truth. That bad for you then ban cigs which are proved to kill and contain 3000-4000 cancerous causing drugs.

So moving on,what do you use?

Cheers

Cool set up,these Russian tanks.....are they as good as the price? Around £60 in UK . I have been looking at the 91 or 93 iirc but need some practice making coils first  Did not know the ipv2 allows such high W.

What cells are you using, mine vary from keep power IMR 2100 in the pro vari as its button top only and efest 35a/20a 3100mah and 25r right now in the shark, as my vtc5 are used up in my mm15vn

I have an Authentic Russian (friend gave me a good deal on it) and a Russian 91% (paid $25 shipped for it and a drip tip).

My current use is the Authentic just because thats what I get it for. The 91% is mainly to serve as a backup. The first time I built a coil, the device heated up pretty quick and ended up melting the insulator....thus a backup. Extra parts were ordered too. haha.

As to the difference, there feels to be a difference in quality/feel of materials but is it worth the extra costs. Potentially, but one being an authentic and one being a clone, I see no real difference in how they work. The authentic does have holes for the coil connections, where as the 91%'er does not. Still most state to use the wrapping of coil around the screws anyway.

For others, if anyone wants to make a deal/trade on a LNIB Nautilus and some extra BDC coils, let me know.

In my IPV2, I have used the VTC5s with great luck. Just make sure to get ones from reputable sources and ones that will meet your max and constant current charges.

According to Illumination Supply's website, they currently recommend the 25Rs as a current replacement for the VTC5. As to if the prices will go up on the 25Rs, who knows. On the VTC side, especially the 5s, the prices are already being adjusted. Take a quick look at eBay, prices are mind-boggling due to the supply concerns.

Ahh, addicts and their paraphernalia. I remember when I had fancy cigarette cases and triple-jet torch lighters...

I have a cheap vape pen from 7-11. It works well enough for my occasional use. I really just use it to fill in the gaps when my antidepressants aren't working well enough, but lately I've started taking Tyrosine supplements, and that has improved things dramatically. I almost never crave nicotine anymore.

That's great fyrstormer, because of electronic cigarettes/vaporizers in November it will be a year since I quit. I smoked for 25 years and can honestly say I feel a lot better lung, cough wise.

RTD vapor is another great supplier for quality cells.

Thanks Ven you have quite a collection yourself my friend. The box mods are Reo mods, they are a mechanical mod bottom feed dripper. The bottle sits inside beside of the battery and is connected to a tube that runs up to the 510 connector, the dripper (RM2) is drilled through the center positive connector. You press the bottle and it feeds the liquid to the deck of the dripper, when pressure is released from the bottle the excess liquid then returns to the bottle. So you have a dripper that you don't have to constantly add liquid to which is quite a hassle on the go. They are very well built and can take a beating. I run a 1ohm micro coil and cotton wick with VTC5 cells, its the only device I use since receiving the first. If you can get your hands on one its definitely a must have mod. Check out their website Reo mods.

I posted this in Vinhs lounge DIY liquid is worth looking into, you save a ton of money. Wizard labs is where I buy my supplies from make sure you buy quality products you don't want to inhale junk.

Good for you, well done:) its not easy, now its harder as i am a gadget freak  all these tanks and mods.............i am doomed. But there is light at the end of the tunnel as decreasing my nicotine levels,so i still have "the something to do with my hand" bit covered
