I like the use of the xq-e but high CRI options?

Question on why there is memory for two modes?

Also what batteries were used for the run times?

The memory idea is neat, so you could either have it start on high all the time or low then click for other level.

I'm liking it.

Not if you're a doctor and you forget what mode you had it on last and doing a pupil test give your patient a blast of light because the last mode was high.

If he uses it or any instrument without at least first doing a quick rudimentary check then I ask, is it the equipments fault or end user?

Thus the inconvenience...

Discussion in the main led flash light thread. Wider things discussed if you would like to join?

The ideal two-mode pen light for me, would be first click low, every time. I would buy that one (v2?); for now, I'll just have to win this one!
