Balanced blend of throw and flood, with strong reliability. Being able to easily charge batteries while traveling is a definite plus. A pleasing tint is very desirable (about 5000K) and a simple way to know the state of charge would be nice.

Thanks. Hope to win bcos my economical situation is bad and I can not afford new lights. In fact my last flashlight was purchased 2 years ago..

My desired edc pocket should be a compact AA/14500 with usb recharging function... (For charging nimh and li-ion, or only nimh or only li-ion). Infinite variable output (ramp mode). Pocket clip. Electronic side swith.

Thanks!

Just as simple as the LED light change from RED to GREEN to tell the charging status.

What do I expect the most of an EDC/Sports flashlight? Reliability! If it get dropped on the ground or gets wet, that will not cause it to stop working. I expect hard anodizing that does not look scarred or scratched up just because it got tossed in my bug out bag or backpack. I like variable power sources with built in charger capability.
Thanks for the great giveaways XTAR!
