This light desperately needs a raised tailcap guard. It turns on when it touches anything metal. Also it sometimes does not light up after a rest period. Otherwise I like it. Thanks.

One other suggestion: the rotary control needs more range meaning the rotation from min to max is too short.

I hate claims like that. It reminds me of "Uniform focused spot with flood beam pattern" which I saw claimed for the Inova Radiant. I was toying with the idea of getting another floody flashlight and had to hunt down YouTube videos to see what the beam really looks like.
