I found this in a local hardware store for $4.75 a sheet so I decided to give it a try.
I used a hole punch and leather punch to make the doughnut shape.
I put it between the reflector and plastic spacer in my Thrunite T10
It glows fairly brightly for a few minutes and glows dimly for over an hour. It is bright enough to see the beam from the flashlight on a white wall for about a minute.
It is a bit off center because it shifted while re-assembling but it would be pretty easy to fix.
I think that it is a bit easier and less permanent than paint though it did take me several tries to get the holes lined up.
Here I have done it again better centered and taking up less space.
