Switch problem with nitecore tm03

I just received my tm03 and the instant turbo isn't working. When I hold the mode switch down from on or off, it always goes to strobe. I'm working if it's a bad switch and the tail cap can be replaced or if it's a driver problem. Has anyone else had this issue or know a solution?

Read the instructions for changing mode.

Unscrew tail. Hold mode button in while screwing back together.

Tm03 has two modes. You're on mode 2. Need mode 1.

Hey guys, i have the same problem. Last week the flashlight was stuck on strobe then I reset it holding the mode button down n screwing back the tail cap. But now its either on turbo mode or off. The mode button also is stuck on turbo, meaning when I press it turbo comes on and doesn't change. Ive hardly used the flashlight, never dropped. Its almost new.Please help.

PS: since i bought it it's always had only 3 brightness settings. Its either off or 550 or 1350 or 2800. Never went to the lowest 40lumens.

I haven't used mine in a few months and I'm having the same issue

Update: So I took mine to work and used it very sparingly and it's back to normal
