I highly doubt that they are 3600 lumens. I don't think you could get 1800 lumens from one XM L2. It depends if IPX rating matters to you. The L2 is only IPX4 and the T6 is IPX5. Also shapes of them are different. The XM L2 has(to me) looks smaller than the t6. If you plan to use it on the rain, the T6 would resist water a bit better than the XM L2.

very nice floody light
The 1400mA version doesnt get hot at highest mode and has about 600 OTF lumens modded with an XPL HD V6 LED

I just purchased a Cygolite Metro 750, based off of the XML2. It has a reflector that widens out the beam horizontally. YOu don't need a floody light wasting photons that are not in the direction you need them to go.

Just avoid Chinese websites and their cheap lights all together. Those lights maybe produce 500 lumens. And that's a big maybe. Cheap lights like that are total junk.
