Hello,
I've had a Manker E11 for several months as my EDC light. Up until Christmas I've been running it with Eneloop batteries and everything has functioned as expected. I received some Nitecore IMR 14500 batteries for Christmas and after charging them, installed them in the light. I've noticed that with the IMR batteries, that I cannot turn the light off and then back on without breaking electrical contact by loosening and re-tightening the tail cap. Is this expected operation? Other than continuing to run the light with Eneloops do you have any suggestions on regaining normal operating mode?

Thanks!
Rick

As far as I know the Manker E11 doesn't have a lockout mode except to loosen the tail cap.
The new batteries are Nitecore NI14500A 6.5A 3.7V IMR14500 batteries, specifically for high drain devices.

I had one that had the same issue, it was replaced by Manker.

EDIT: Actually, my copy failed w/both 14500, IMR's and Eneloops.
