I have a more than 2-yr old EA8 that was stuck in low mode, perhaps even in between low and moon.
I contacted Nitecore's China service via email and all they asked was to furnish them the serial number written in the bezel.
After they received it, a day later I was given instructions on their RMA procedure, where to send in China, etc.
Of course I have to pay for the return shipping to China, about $32. Well, it's either $32 or I'm stuck with a useless light.
Well, the ending of this episode was I got back my EA8 good as new, and they did not charge me anything for it.
I have two Olight S15Rs also just received in Olight China for repair. I will post a new thread about its final result, whatever the ending.
