Now I want to buy a knife FireBird 753
I read many reviews about it, someone could tell it inmud and water? Since I spend a lot of time fishing for me it is very important.

Don't buy a clone, which is what that is. Clones ARE theft. Buy a real Benchmade with the Axis lock.

+1 on Salts if you want to subject it to a lot of water, blood, muck and the like.

While I recommend in this case you get something that can handle the water and salt--on a whim I picked up a $17 Ganzo 721 auto that has that same firebird marking. I wasn't expecting much but the little knife is really really nice. Sure, it has 440C steelbut the blade gets just as sharp as any of my other knives and the auto action is smooth and fast. This is a really good knife to beat the hell out of with no remorse...

Since you spend time on the water, I suggest that you get something from the Spyderco Salt series.
