Does anyone make a MR16/gu5.3 type spot (< 30o spread) that can operate on 12 (or 24) V DC with PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) as the dimming method?

Basically just a frigging LED bulb with a resistor in series in a standard MR16 form factor??? 3000oK color temp (or there abouts)

Narrow spot (20-30 degrees).

WHY is this SO HARD to FIND??? It should be simple? I would even be willing to unscrew the base and chop out the little power supply and replace with an appropriate resistor if I had to...) But the wattage on the resistor would have to be pretty high, so, I understand the need for their little driver thing to do the PWM for you.
