Honestly I'm not sure, never had it measured. But its a bright little thing. Great neutral tint, large hot spot nice spill.

I'm surprised no one jumped on this Titanium twisty for $45 with a battery shipped U.S. Its a low price to sell not because it isn't brIght. Its got drivervn2 and an xpl 5000k dome on so it's plenty bright
