I had a scrap piece of the damascus left over from my light #2 build, so I thought I'd try making an E mule head since my light #1 aluminum head left a lot to be desired....

This one turned out much better... still have some improvements to make.

New damascus mule head on Moddoo 18650 body...

Mac light on top, new head and Moddoo body, RPM Tail on bottom...

Agreed. For this mule head, I used the backside of the threading insert to scrape/shave off for the final surface finish, and it worked awesome, and the finish is super smooth. Best I've gotten so far...

Finally getting to the body. Body is nickel 201 and way worse to work with on the mini-lathe than the Damascus..
sized for a 15270 (cr2 sized) battery. mcClicky in the tail.

I probably will tweak the shoulders a bit yet... due to some user error, I had to trim the shoulder down, and it's a bit too McGizmo looking still....
