I have this exact flashlight with the same mods by vinhnguyen54.

This is a very powerful but compact light with long runtimes from the 26650 cell.

Unlike most SkyLumem lights that run hot, this is a thrower (with a very large hot spot) and can run full blast.

A thrower with a nice spill too!
At a bargain of a price too!

The U21vn is one of my favorite lights. I have both spec's of this light and the XPL PDT is the better of two IMO. I really like a Vinh light that can run on turbo as long as you want it to without getting hot. If you want a nice thrower in a small package, this is it.
