Brightest and most bonkers is a 7075 Oveready BOSS. It'll probably cost more than your quad, but it's either side of 4oz depending on the body.
Now let's have a sensible suggestion....

A good low budget option is the Atactical A1S. It's 1150 lumens on turbo and weighs 4.75oz with the battery and pocket clip.

The Zebralight SC600F with XHP50 is probably worth mentioning. 3.9 ounces including the battery and a max of 1800 lumens. It's a floody beam...I have no idea if that's what you're looking for.

It does have PID thermal control that will reduce output as it heats up, but the advantage of PID versus simpler forms of thermal control is it can theoretically keep the light operating near its max output for a given situation, instead of using an arbitrary stepdown.

The Armytek Prime C2 is also very similar, but with an XHP35 emitter, should have more throw.

Or I'm pretty sure VinH doesn't use stepdowns for his mods at all. It's up to the user to keep an eye on how hot their light is getting, so you can let it run on max for as long as you dare.
