I need 2 or 4 32900 cells. I've looked on line and found a few sources but only for bulk quantities.

I don't recognize the 32900. Standard size for D cells is 32600 (actual size 34.2 × 61.5). A length of 90mm would be over an inch longer than a standard D cell. What are you going to use these cells in/for?
32900 is "F" cell or 1.5D
BTW, 34.2x61.5mm is maximum size. Actual size of D cell could be less.
Duracell D size is 33x60.5mm

I know it's not a D cell. It's 50% longer.
I use two of these in my TK70 instead of 3 D cells.
It keeps the overall length shorter with slightly higher voltage than 4 D nimh cells.
Just trying to keep the old TK running with "newer chemistry"

There are some LiFe cells, close, but not with exactly same dimensions as you need, but seen them only on mainland china market...
