I know they're old and no longer made, but the UI and form factor plus a new emitter, they're some of my favorite lights.
I've modded a couple, got a Typhoon with a bright white XM-L2 and I love it. Always been a fan of old sleeper lights hot-rodded up.
On to my question, the originals had the LuxIII, and the "2" editions I believe had SSC-P4. My question is, were any circuit changes done to increase the current, or are the "2" editions simply an emitter change?
