Does keeppower battery fit Nitecore HC90?

I am getting a HC90 & need a battery. I have decided on keeppower. I know that different brands fit better than others. Will their 3400 or 3500mah fit?

I've noticed some 18650 batteries go a lot higher then 3500mah. Would those fit? Can I go larger capacity than 3400 mah for this headlamp?

I have some Thrunite 3400 Mah batteries that I use in my HC90 from time to time. The thrunite is 18.5mm x 68.6mm. and it fits in my HC90 but its tight. The Keeppwer 3500 Mah is 18.6mm x 86.9mm. So it's just barely larger than my thrunite battery which fits but again it's tight. I would not recommend anything larger than that. Remember this thing is attached to your forehead, don't want any mishaps

What battery does Nitecore recommend? If the same size of smaller then fit should be OK.

I ended up with the Keeppower 3500mah and it fits fine.

Ah, I see I got here just a little too late.

I too got the HC90 (outstanding light! Pricey, but worth it), and I got some Keeppower 3500 mAh's. As you already found out, yes it fits.
The Orbtronic 3400 mAh is what I use in it normally. The Keeppower 18650 is slightly longer - by about 0.7 mm, I'd say, without taking it to a digital caliper.
