after seeing that deal on the FENIX LD 50 at BattJunct, I wondered where I had seen a comparable design before. On nearby bookshelf I noticed my KLARUS RD 30 and wondered if there was any benefit to owning the FENIX LD 50 (it looks very cool).

Is there any compelling reason (aside from LED flashlight addiction) to make the move?

THANKS!

Hi,

I have LD50 and RS30 and definitely I recommend Fenix. LD50 is two flashlight in one. You can use different batteries, different brand, different capacity without any risk. LD50 user interface is simple and much more user friendly. The tailcap design is much better than RS30. Output difference is not significant.
