Never tried kaido but I'd avoid banggood. Have heard too many horror stories.
I've had no issues ordering branded batteries from banggood. I got my first Keeppower 14500 from them in Feb 2015. They were legit and the batteries are still going.
My last battery order from them was for Keeppower 18650 earlier this year.
Since the changes to shipping lithium batteries the number of places that will ship to Australia seem to have been limited, and banggood still ship to Australia ok.
I've ordered other stuff from them as well. My orders from them using the standard free shipping is averaging 19 days from China to Australia (quickest is around 7 days, longest is around 33 days). Expedited shipping for my orders take about 3-5 days to Australia.
I'm looking to get some NCR 18650B Protected cells from them, but I'm waiting for the big sale they have on 11/11.
