Which charger, Klarus CH4s or Nitecore SC4?

Does anyone know if either of these will (accurately) display a battery's capacity as a numerical figure instead of just a bar graph? Or is that not even possible to do without running the cell through a discharge cycle?

I have a Xtar VP2 that has performed well but now I'm looking to get a four bay charger. Any reason to choose one of the above brands (or models) over the other?

Just get an Opus BT-3100/3400 v. 2.2, or 3.1, for cheap and go that route.

From HKJ's testing site:

Is the Opus BT the go-to on a budget ?

I'm not an enthusiast, YET, I just want to buy one charger that does most of the batteries out there.

That vp4 hkj recommends is too expensive for my use..
