Anyone have any experience dealing with Klarus' customer service and making warranty claims? Had one of my xt2c's apparently die today. Changed the battery and it turned on normally only to have it dim and the hue go extremely blue and die. Changed batteries, switch switches/end cap from other xt2c and no luck. Just emailed them describing my issue. Hopefully I'll hear back soon.
