***Closed*** Hi folks, back again. I just got 1000pcs of these 5600k 45° 5MM LED's, so they are available with the same terms as last time with one exception- they are first come first served, no interest list. As Paypal shows up, they'll ship. If you want to send a USPS Moneyorder, that's fine too.
These are spec'd at 6.6-8.0lm, 95+ CRI.

Same pricing as last time:
12 for $4.00 shipped CONUS
25 for $7.00 shipped CONUS
50 for $12.00 shipped CONUS
100 for $20.00 shipped CONUS

Canada I was able to send as a flat letter for an additional $2.29
International is an additional $14.00 for USPS First Class, there is no less sxpensive option available.

At these prices, I cover shipping and Paypal fees. Please send funds Paypal Goods and Services and make sure to include your CPF user name, quantity you are buying, and a shipping address in the notes section. My Paypal address is barrajr24 (at) hotmail (dot) com

Any questions or discussion are welcome, thanks for looking! ***Closed***

Reviewed the spec sheet on these too, and for those who may be interested ...

They sent another nice bin :)

The Yuji 5600K are partitioned into four Vf bins, and four tint bins.

The sticker indicates the 2nd lowest Vf bin available, and the warmer / lower (below Planckian locus) quarter of the available tints.

That C5-1 tint bin appears to be ~ near the Cree 3R + 3A equivalents

I'm just here to see who eats the silica gel!

And also... paypal sent for 25. These will be used in a couple of new SHTF vampire lights, and to update a couple of old mods from generic cheapo LED's to something much nicer.

This is quite awesome. I've been interested in Yuji stuff since seeing their name bandied about over the last year or so. Thank you very much, Scout!

Guess I'll give these a try. PayPal sent for 50!

Thanks a lot Scout! These things are impossible to find!!! I hope they are somewhat similar to the 3200k's.

Will you be making another order of those by chance?? I missed out on them and really wanted to get some.

@scout24: Wrote you a PM regarding combination of 3200K LED shipment and 5600K LED shipment to Germany when 3200K is available again.

If scout doesn't get any more of the 3200K emitters, and if you only need a few ... please PM me to discuss (I may be able to help you out no charge)

Re: 2018 Yuji 5600k High CRI 5mm LED Group Buy OPEN

For single LED applications, the Gerber lights are nice - Infinity Ultra (AA) and Sonic (AAA). this is nascar reminded me how simple it is to plug one into a RayoVac 2xAA Industrial. Literally screw off the head, pluck the old one from the socket and trim your legs to match the length. Mine was an incan pin bulb, and I think I had to drill the reflector hole up a bit. Plug the new LED in and put head on. The wide angle of these generates a little bit of hotspot, as it is hitting the reflector at the sides. Same mod works on old 2xAA or 2xAAA Minimags, too. Runs well on 2 AA batteries direct. I've also made PR2 conversions by busting out the guts of a bulb and soldering one in the shell - fits any old 2-cell light then. I plan to put one in a RayoVac 1xAAA light, with the focusing lens, to get a bit of throw out of it, they have a mild drive current. The old Dorcy 1xAAA with focusing lens will get one for sure, very easy mod, but the older reflectored version would probably kill it after a while, they drove hard, like 50 mA.

The only way to go brighter (without frying your LED's) is to go with more. I have the Princeton Tec Attitude 3-LED light, which should up the ante quite a bit, and also the Gerber Trio 2xAA, but my attempts to break the head loose on that have failed so far. For more output, I may freeze-pop one of my Inova X5's (5-LED). But I actually think the king of output will be the old Xnova-8 8-LED, 1xAA lights. I have both the 1xAA and 2xAA variants of that one, and the 2AA pushes the LED's much harder, so will be the brightest, but I don't know how long they will last in there.

There are literally a ton of decent lights that used or still use these that will make great mods!
