Hi all! I recently replaced the led in my hl4. stock led was a xhp 50 supposedly pushing 2200 lumens which is 346 shy of its "max" rating. I ordered a 50.2 to replace it, but instead ended up modding it and throwing in a 5700k xhp 70.2. I cannot find the tech specs for the light anywhere, and i'm wondering what kind of lumens it should be throwing out now. the xhp 70.2 "max" is 4200 lumens. I am fresh to modding and don't have anything to measure the output. any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Not having any idea of which bin these are but guessing it's not 12V. I pulled up the Cree product tool and dialed in the 3rd brightest LED in each group on the 6volt versions. Just happens at 3 amps the XHP50 list 2200 lumens with a VF of 6.39. On the XHP70 the VF is still only 6.01 at 4 amps. No idea of how their driver works. So my educated guess would be "I DON'T KNOW". Give us a tail current reading and which bin you used and it could actually be guessed fairly closely.
