With MD2 screwed into head snug on high beam (as appears in your photo) is the serial# in front with Malkoff lettering or 180° opposite side?

The head was screwed all the way on in the pic. As far as the price goes, considering how everyone went crazy for the 15% off new year sale, I'm guessing not everyone has a 15% off code (I don't). Mine is still priced about $10 lower even IF you had a 15% off code and is in like new condition.

Hunh, that one went over my head.. Posting photos of serial numbers is unallowed, or talking about Malkoff discounts. I've seen both discussed on junkies thread.

I asked about the serial number placement on the body because some are engraved 180° opposite positioning the "Malkoff Devices made in USA" inline with Hound Dog 18650 on head

I wasn't aware of posting serial numbers or mentioning discounts being against the rules, but I do know that mentioning something being available elsewhere for a similar price, in a sales thread is.

No worries though.

Part of me want's to keep it, so I'm definitely not going to give it away.

As long as we're on topic.. Since the reboot I'm not seeing how to navigate to Malkoff Junkies thread, or any others, without using CPF search engine, which is currently disabled - I am on phone app, not pc, if it makes a difference?
