Anything improvements, besides that claimed 10 year Osram Ultra Life.
Or has all development ceased?

Thanks

If what you want is the best possible headlight performance, get this bulb or this bulb.

"10 year life" rings my BS detector. Yeah, they'll last 10 years...so will regular bulbs...both getting gradually dimmer and dimmer as the usage hours rack up.

Thanks, that Osram looks nice, if a bit pricey (two for $150 would be better)
What is Philips thinking, pushing that CCT to 4800K...

I know it is not a moderator's responsibility to verify safety of a purchase source, so my apologies up front if my concern is interpreted as anything beyond protecting a consumer.

The first link is fulfilled by Amazon, which will pretty much instantly take back/refund any product you may have issues with. The second link is shipped and sold by Revspeed. There is one bad review mixed in with stellar ones on the first page of reviews. Although Amazon does provide protection for any purchase through their marketplace, it is not as simple as the first case from past experience....
