Did they have alkaline cells inside ?

All contact surfaces and threads have been cleaned ?

Fully charged fresh cells tried ?

Switches and connections all secure and tight ?

For the fenix e11, try to bypass the tail switch by using a wire connecting the negative of a battery to the head and see if it lights up. From what i know, the e11 switch is not too reliable especially if momentary on is used a lot.
