Repair or replace DX80

Hi Shellen. Edward Hsia here. I never heard back from you. Did your home office ever receive my broken DX80? I would appreciate it if Imalent will just ship me a replacement by DHL and I have to sign for it. Wolfgirl009 already has my info and I've emailed you my address before, too. Thank you for your help and understanding. I hope for DX80 delivered to me please.

What was wrong with your DX80?

Since you requested a replacement, I'm assuming it was something major.
Hi seery, yes, after a month of shelf queen-type use, I took the light out of my display cabinet and it stopped responding. Neither the display nor the light would respond - turn on.

Everything I could see was pristine and the battery pack was charged fine. Contacts were good. Something inside the head of the light, inaccessible, went bad.
