What led is in the SPY007?

In sorry, I'm not sure as I haven't been able to find my original order emails. It was the 'standard' led Dave was fitting when gunners grip was introduced if that helps.

Although given the low resolution of the photos (which the forum software may have automatically downscaled) , it is difficult to tell for certain, but is there any chance that may be the SWGG (stone washed gunner grip) instead of the BBGG (bead blasted gunner grip) finish ?

A closer, close-up of the emitter might give us more information. :)

My photography is rubbish but I dug out the 'big camera'! Maybe these will be enough for you guys to ID the LED.

Thanks for all the help.

That looks very much like an XM-L in my opinion. Thanks.

That means that its capable of pumping 3000ma to the emitter on the max level, although it would probably need to be programmed that way by the user.
This would translate initially to about 800 lumens at that current level, before the thermal protection cuts in after about a minute if I recall correctly.

Sorry to thread crap. But where did you find the GITD orings?

Hi. I'm sorry but I really can't rember. I've had a box of them for years. They probably came from CPF or eBay.

Wow. Awesome deal for a swgg. Palms are getting itchy.

Do you have the original black o-rings? Also, is it a cool or neutral tinted led?

Hi. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Yes I have the original O rings. As for the tint I would say its more towards neutral than cool.
