Manker E02 Ti 220: Magnet removable?, PWM or not?

So, I'm pretty much ready to pull the trigger on this one, would like to know if the magnet in the tail cap can be removed.

Also, in the specs they state: "constant output", which is very cool but if that involves any PWM at all, it's a deal breaker for me.

*I'm interested in the CREE XP-G3 LED emitter, "Stonewashed - Natural Color" version (not the black).

Last thing: Knowing that the answer to this is most probably "yes", I would still like to confirm it. Can this light be locked out by the means of partially unscrewing the tail cap?

Mine is Nichia 219C version...
1. I can't remove it on mine.
2. No PWM detected so far, even in the selectable moon modes.
3. Yes, it can be lockout by slightly loosening the tailcap.
