@archimedes: Mod, I know you can answer my ?? - what is the main difference/s between the XR-E and XP-G? Which will you choose?

For one, the XRE is a smaller die and tends to be a bit tighter/throwier beam than the "punchy flood" of the XPG.

My favorite of the three listed here is the N083B ....

That 083B really is the emitter best suited to the SunDrop. It provides the cleanest, smoothest beam of any I have seen in that head.
