Red LED chip has been used in Motor as light, but the price is higher.

Almost certainly yes, but cant be certain without more info.
The circuit for an LED pilot lamp is often a simple dropper resistance and if the supply is AC a small rectifier diode in inverse parallel, in that case a different LED will be fine.
If however the original LED is a bi polar type, then It wont work.

What type of motor?
