Hi all, I bought a d4ti with brand new 30q battery, inserting the bottom top head first, the light blinks and doesnt turn on.

Anyone have this issue? Severely bummed. 2 lights I got so far back to back have had issues, I'm on. A bad streak of luck so far.

Try this. Wipe the threads totally dry. Don't put any lube on them. Try again. Ti can be touchy with too much on it. I'll cross my fingers.

You get the power-up blink when the tailcap is screwed down? Sounds like a bad switch, you can't engage the modes without the e-switch

I don't have the Ti version, but on other lights with an e-switch, sometimes it takes 20-30 seconds for the capacitor to fully charge before it works properly. Second thought-is it possible it is providing the battery voltage reading? Assuming the Nokoff suggestions don't help, have you tried using a paper clip with the tail cap off to complete the circuit and then try turning on the light with the switch?
