Hi

Ive got some conflicting information I need to clear up please.
I've just read that the emisar d4 (xpl hi) needs an IMR cell to work safely with 18350 size tube.
However I have an ampsplus 18350 which is NMC chemistry and rated to 10 amp constant current.
Is that cell Ok?

Link to further details here

The specs read ok. But then it's not IMR

Please help
Thanks

That's about the best you're going to do for the 18350. I bought the tube and the pocket clip for my D4 219C, along with the Aspire 10A 1100mAh 18350s and a couple of VTC-5As. I don't run the smaller cell because I can't use the clip with it.

I fiddled with the 18350s and mine work, but they're not ideal for that pocket rocket.

Thanks Chris

I'll probably give it a go and see what happens then. At least it'll be ok running on lower outputs if I want the smaller size.
