Re: WTS Spyderco Native S60V (440V)

Great knife. 440v taught me the importance of touching up steel. For anyone interested this is a great knife. It's good tough steel but it's a bear to sharpen IF you let it get dull. If you touch it up routinely you will love it more than/as much as any other steel you've owned. Good luck with the sale! This one should move pretty quickly but blades have been hit or miss on here lately.

Re: WTS Spyderco Native S60V (440V)

Thanks guys!

In fact, it's not a problem to sharpen, it's easiest to deal with diamonds, but a usual Norton India can do fine, but a little slower.

It is much more difficult to sharpen stainless mild steel of type 420 or 420HC, 440А. In the sense that it forms a thin burr. You sharpen the knife for a few moments, and it cuts hair and paper easily. But in fact, it can be a very small burr, which on real materials, such as wood, plastic and other things, will immediately be bent and the knife will again be blunt.
