Best Bulb Options for 9006XS and 9005XS?

The new headlights for the WJ Grand Cherokee arrived (and I did get Laredo headlights, no settling for the Limited lights).

I'm still fiddling with an old headlight, managed to wiggle in 9005 and 9006 after some surgery, but only on the bench. I'm not eager to do that much carving on the expensive new lights, because the part being cut is some sort of rubber seal on the back. There do not seem to be many options for the stock (straight back, no right angle) 9006XS and 9005XS bulbs. A search turned up the Philips standard (after wading through a lot of crap about LED replacement kits), but no Xtreme Vision options.

Are there better bulbs out there for 9006XS and 9005XS?

There aren't any. this thread, complete with pictures describing how to install the 90-degree bulbs, does not seem to indicate any cut is needed on any rubber seal.

It worked! New lights in the Jeep, with 9011 and 9012 bulbs.
