Xtar Charger Warranty Repair

Does anyone know how to get my Xtar Charger repaired under warranty? I live in the UK.
Allegedy it has 2 year warranty and I bought it last April. The retailer no longer deals with Xtar so I emailed Xtar UK Ltd. They have not answered my message and their phone line is dead.
I then emailed Xtar in China, they have not answered my message.
i did get a prompt reply from Xtar in America who suggested I contact Xtar in China.
I have appealed to Xtar via this forum in the past and been ignored, as have many others, so I'm hoping for a reply in nest the 15 months before the warranty expires.

They are sleeping in China I think now or just gone to bed can't remember...do you have Skype?
I actually ordered a eu plug from them cause I m trying to get rid of all my uk plugs.

No, never had Skype. I did email at the beginning of the week, though.

Xtar China got Xtar Uk to contact me today. They are going to replace the Dragon.
No questions asked.

All sorted, Xtar Uk sent a new unit to me today.
All in all an excellent experience.
