how do i test how many amps battery can provide? some of my battery's says 15 amps .i just want to know a easy way to test the true amps ability
im confused on amps testing of 18650

I trust http://lygte-info.dk. He tests and reviews an astounding number of cells, and has an amazing cell comparison tool, http://lygte-info.dk/info/batteryIndex.html. I've used that tool to compare cell capacities at various discharge currents.
