Have a portable 36 LED that runs off 4 x 18650 batteries. During an emergency it was overcharged. It started blinking on high (3 mode, lo-high-red/blue flashing).
Now all four Panasonic batteries won't charge and when a single battery is inserted the light comes on. Switch is acting like a 5 mode but will not turn off.
Only numbers are: 18574 CZ-090-A
I'm disabled and live off grid so this is very important to me. I'm a retired computer tech so replacing the board is no problem if I can find a replacement.
