I have 4 of them with no slow/sticky tailcap switches. I would try to add a small amount of lubrication to the outside diameter of the push button and see if it helps. If not get in contact with Olight as they will surely send a replacement.

So I ordered a m1t from amazon a while ago and the rubber on the tailcap
switch came off so basically I contacted olight and they said that they have
one that was returned but didn't say what the problem was so they sent me
the one I have now with a slow tailswitch. What kind of lubricant do I use and where
do I put it
