Not sure what you are asking for. A P90 was a single mode incan D26 drop in. If you are looking for 9v drop ins, Lumens Factory has four incan drop ins ranging from 120 to 380 lumens, and a 3.6v - 13v LED drop in around 900 lumens, depending on reflector and LED. Have you checked our favorite auction site?

Oveready V5 Triple. Output up to 3500Lm. Programmable to your preferences. It'll run on two Li-Ions, not sure about 3 Cr123s, you'd have to check.

If you want an P90 dropin (I mean a Xenon Dropin) than you may check LumensFactory. They have 3 different 9v replacement dropins with Xenon.
I use a Sportac two mode with three 123 batteries in a 9P.

The Malkoff M61 series will work at 9v (with added runtime). There are a few multi level versions.
