Streamlight USB Rechargeable 18650

Has anyone used these 18650s with a built-in MicroUSB charge port? Is it safe?

Are they lower capacity to make room for the charging circuit?

At 2600mAh these are no slouches. Upper limits for 18650s is in the low 3000s.
They're probably not using the highest capacity ones due to the cost.
I'm a purist and wouldn't use a cell with extra electronics on principal, so I'll leave the rest to someone with a broader mind.

They work great,can usb recharge or charge on a typical battery charger.I use the Surefire one,similar but much higher output.Bought 5 of them to use in my Fury DFT flashlight.See here https://www.surefire.com/batteries/sf18650b-micro-usb-rechargeable-lithium-ion-battery.html

One came with my 2L-x, and I picked up a set from my local batteries plus. As stated above the work well, have options for charging. I have had mine about 4 months.
