My Sofirn Q8 Plus is the same way. But I actually like the 2 green dots. Makes it easier to find the flashlight in case of a sudden blackout, and I can at a glance tell the battery level. That is worth the parasitic drain for me.- PaladinNO

I have had humming, buzzing and flickering with cheaper bulbs (E27 socket), but no such issues with my current bulbs (Philips R7s and Osram E14 mini bulb). The "10 year lifespan" is practically just marketing BS, as the fine print says it does the 10 year calculation based on only a limited usage per day (6 hours or so). I swear by Osram or Philips LED-bulbs. Still haven't found the "perfect" bulb (want to try some hCRI E27 60W, but availability is far from the best here), but even the $10 tri-packs (EAN 8719514266759) works fine for me.
