    560 square millimeters is significantly smaller than 1,000,000 square meters, or 16% which is roughly 160,000 square millimeters, not 20x27. Thus making your calculation way less than 6, million lumens.

    Tough keychain flashlight

    I have a AAA rayovac that is claimed indestructible and has worked great. Uses plastic, a much better material for the pocket. Pathetic output but it works. I also use the Folomov EDC2 and the Fenix LD02 v2 which are small lights with no key ring.

    ACEBEAM K75 Review

    The INR cells are what I plan to use. Just get button tops and if needed, lightly solder a small steel plate to the negative of the battery or just bend the springs a little. In my X80GT and K30GT I bent the springs of the holder a little to use flattop cells just fine.
