I own both of ZeroHour's lights and they are the schizznit! Save for the proprietary connection on the XD the designs are perfect. I've used them on the road constantly ... for lighting and charging. I only wish they'd make a micro USB adaptor for the XD connector.
I'm curious to know what y'all think of the light and this deal. I've got more lights than I need but it would be cool to have a relatively small light I can use around the house to light up a broad swath of real estate as I scan my property for coyotes and migrating (above ground) gophers so I...
Tech neophyte here and I'm gonna need to buy a vowel if I'm to at least try to answer intelligently. What does OAL stand for? I'm happy to pop mine open and dig in if that might help. Also, you may want to go to the Kickstarter page for the XD (they preserve them intact) as I recall they had...
I keep mine strapped to a hard hat I keep in my truck. The hard hat is filled with bug out items held in place with a drawstring mesh bag. This doesn't take the place of my primary BOB but rather holds the stuff I need for CERT. The light gets used most of course but the dogs don't mind drinking...
You know the light I've really grown fond of I bought for $10 at a hardware store in SF. It's called a Larry Light and damn if it hasn't logged a bunch of hours here at LizardLand Ranch. Why? 1. The powerful magnet plate. 2. The pocket clip. 3. It's vertical orientation. 4. Cute factor and 5...
Surefire just let me know my little "glad I had a flashlight story" was published on their website and that they're sending me a UB3T as a thank you. You can read my account of why having a good flashlight when your mama lab helps on a cold winter's night here...
Re: The 2015 Lounge
Those BMW concept lights really blew my skirt up ... so to speak! Thanks for the share!

Since I didn't know where else to put it this "retirement" gift went into my "BBOB" ... my backup bug out bag. I have a secondary bag with the gear that didn't make the cut for the first. I figure during the zombie apocalypse this backup BOB will give me items to barter with. Psst Buddy...
I'm not as deep into TAC market as many of you but I do strongly agree that Aaron at ZeroHour can and should pause long enough to consider the "button scheme" before he bakes the ZeroHour Relic XR. My sense is that the two principals, Amy and Aaron (I've forgotten their last names - they can be...
Velcroed my Surefire EB2 to my new pellet gun last night and popped a couple of tree rats out of my guava tree. I just found out why the bait stations I set for them haven't been working. Seems the rats in San Diego County have joined MENSA and have learned that eating vitamin K rich avocados...
I'm new here. What a fabulous review! Where have you been my entire flashlight addicted existence?! I've got a lot of catching up to do here.
At CES in Las Vegas today, ZeroHour just announced Kickstarter campaign number two! The ZeroHour Relic XR. Here's the link. There is a (IMHO)...
