    Streamlight Stylus Pro for tactical??

I think you can never count on "dazzling" someone...don't believe the hype...I look at a tactical light as being able to help me identify a threat. In the home, stylus pro works very well for this, but outside not so much.

Which Light is Gifted Away vs. Kept

Gave my wife an ultrafire sipik clone for her purse since she keeps the quark aa2 in her car. Gave my oldest nephew a BSA mini mag aaa, with a semi custom led upgrade from a seller in the UK. Gave my brother a Fenix ld10. Gave cheap Chinese aa lights to my little Bruce and nephew. My oldest...

New Malkoff MDC in the works.

Maybe I'm missing it...how will the ui work? Will it be aka streamlight protac, quick presses to change modes, or will it jump to next mode if you press within a few seconds of the last press? Anyone have insight?

Anyone running one if these in police, fire, rescue...

How Many Lemens Is Enough For Uniformed Police Work In A Typical Suburb? u

I've carried a quark 123 2 for a couple years...multiple levels are the way to go: max when you need it, a little or a lot less when you don't. That said, I just put shiningbeam blaze on my duty belt...higher lumens and better throw on max, still have lower levels, and ui is better in my...

The beauty of the no name Chinese aa lights at less than a buck a piece and cheap dollar store batteries is realised when you can tail stand one in every room and leave them on for hours for 2 or 3 days without denying your wallet more than twenty bucks...I have old mini maglites with led drop...

will tailcap from stylus pro fit brite strike epli?

Just received a brite strike epli as a gift. Quickly realised the switch is waaay too sensitive when my back picket got a little warm...didn't click in, just activated momentary, but it was enough. Friend gave this to me to replace stylus pro he lost on me, or is try the stylus pro tailcap to...

list your favorite single aa lights

Wow, lots of replies. It looks like I'm not the only one interested in single aa format lights. In looking some of these up, its nice to see they average $30-$50...which is reasonable cost to start a collection.

list your favorite single aa lights

Just received olight t15 as my first single aa light...not bad, though I'm used to more than 130 lumens...(actually, not my first, I do have uktrafire sipik clone) I think I'm going to start buying more single aa lights, and would like to know what some of the favorites are around here. Thanx...

Shiningbeam Blaze hold up to duty tss?

Thanx...when I referenced duty use, waterproofness and shockproofness is what I meant...now that someone else has already abused theirs, I won't hesitate to push mine a little and carry it on duty...
