    I am having similar problems with the switch on my EDC Ultimate 42. The switch protudes and the light definitely won't stand on the tailcap end. However, when I tried to unscrew just the tailcap as mentioned by Jayflash, it won't budge. Is there a secret to this and does the tailcap definitely...
