    I have a Wurkkos FC11 already several years, it never let me down, my only compact handheld. But then I'm not a heavy user. I don't throw stuff around intentionally or carelessly, but I do take it out, sometimes on quite adventuorus trips, so sometimes poop happens, you know.

    I have an LCD monitor that is almost 24 years old that I haven't used for over15 years which still works well, and another one (NEC PA301W) that's 15. I don't think LCDs degrade. SMD capacitors can be tantalums, unfortunately I don't know how to identify them from looking at them.

    Thanks @PaladinNO ! I just ordered 2 Nitecore Thumb now. The tiltable head should be very useful. I will add suction cups to stick them up the mirror. 2 pcs not because I want a backup, but because my wife wants one, too. My "backup" (aka main) light is a Wurkkos FC11.

    Do you know of some very small battery powered LEDs come with suction cups so that they can be sticked on to mirrors or the like? I'm looking for 1 or 2 of them to shine into my mouth when I'm cleaning my teeth with dental floss or similar, in front of a mirror.
